The judicial mess over some land that has ended up condemning the Balearic Government to pay 96 million to Matthias Kuhn. Matthias, who jumped into the pink scene as a result of his relationship with Norma Duval (67), whom he married in 2022, bought a plot of land with the intention of building 30 luxury mansions only within the reach of the deepest pockets.
But that dream was shattered when the competent authorities decided to transform the land into rural land. That decision was a hard blow for Matthias' companies since nine of them declared bankruptcy in 2016.
