After
15 years of trials
, Matthias Kühn (61) has won the fight against the Balearic Government.
As has just been made public,
the Supreme Court has condemned
the Balearic Government to pay the businessman and real estate developer
96 million euros
because the authorities
violated his rights
by preventing him by law
from building on land
that the millionaire acquired
in 1999
in Muleta del Port of Sóller in Mallorca.
Matthias, who jumped into the pink scene as a result of
his relationship with Norma Duval
(67), whom he married in 2022
,
bought a plot of land with the intention of
building 30 luxury mansions
only within the reach of the deepest pockets.
But that dream was shattered when the competent authorities decided
to transform that plot of land into rural land
with the excuse that
the natural environment had to be protected
under a law for the protection of natural spaces.
That decision was
a hard blow
for Matthias' companies since nine of them declared
bankruptcy in 2016.

Birdie Son Vida SL,
which was behind the real estate operation of the Port of Sóller.
Currently, this society was
waiting for
this nightmare that was upsetting Matthias' spirits to be judicially resolved.
This
compensation
comes from three successive laws: in 2008 the land was declassified, in 2012 it was allowed to build again and in 2017 it was denied again.

Matthias is

He and Norma form one of the
