The Islamic Group in Pakistan organized a massive demonstration in the capital, Islamabad, in solidarity with Gaza. Thousands of Pakistanis participated in the demonstration, headed by the group’s emir, Maulana Siraj al-Haq.
The demonstration was scheduled to go to the US Embassy in Pakistan, but it did not go there, as the demonstrators gathered in one of the main streets of the capital. The demonstrators chanted in support of Gaza and carried banners reading: At your command, Gaza.
