359 of the Russian Criminal Code has been brought against a number of citizens of the Netherlands, New Zealand, Norway, Poland and Romania. In February, the Investigative Committee said that the investigative body was investigating criminal cases against more than 590 mercenaries from 46 countries fighting for the Ukrainian armed forces. The investigation into the case of recruitment and mercenary activity continues.
