The Investigative Committee brought charges against those who set fire to tires near apartments in St. Petersburg and the Leningrad region.
“Currently, 19 people have been charged, including eight minors, and 18 are in custody,” the report notes. Separately, a case of attempted murder by setting car tires on fire on February 4 at the door to an apartment in one of the houses on Budapest Street, in which lived an elderly couple born in 1941 and 1945, is being investigated.
