Psychologists of the Ministry of Emergency Situations received more than 3,500 calls after the terrorist attack. Deputy Director of the Center for Emergency Psychological Assistance Lidiya Timofeeva said that over 3.5 thousand calls were received by psychologists on the hotline.

Earlier, the Russian Ministry of emergency Situations opened a hotline in connection with the attack at Crocus. The Ministry of Education and Ministry of Health also launched hotlines in the wake of the attack on the Moscow City Hall.
