The head of Chechnya, Ramzan Kadyrov, called the speech of Russian President Vladimir Putin at a meeting of the Council for Interethnic Relations informative and interesting. He also announced the dispatch of part of the Russian Guard unit to the NWO zone.

The meeting also discussed the strategy of the state national policy of Russia in the current realities, according to Kadyrova. The head of the Chechen Republic said that from the very first days, the region has been taking an active part in the implementation of this strategy.
