Earlier, the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov, announced a meeting between Vladimir Putin and the heads of the regions included in the North Caucasus Federal District.
Ramzan Kadyrov also announced the dispatch of part of the Russian Guard unit to the NWO zone.
