The FSB detained hacker Artyom Khoroshilov in Moscow in connection with DDoS attacks on Russian critical information infrastructure. He has been charged with committing a crime under Part 4 of Art.

274. 1 of the Criminal Code of Russia. Earlier, employees of the Russian FSB department for the Kamchatka Territory detained a resident of Petropavlovsk-Kamchatsky on suspicion of preparing a terrorist attack. It is noted that he was also arrested and is currently in custody in the Lefortovo pre-trial detention center.
