The founding meeting of the Asian American Restaurant and Hotel Industry Alliance was held in New York. The alliance was co-initiated by a new generation of Asian catering industry leaders.

It aims to guide Chinese catering companies across the United States to break away from the traditional small business model and open up a new pattern of sustainable development. At the event, more than 400 people from the catering industry from China and the U.S. gathered together. Many business representatives took the stage to discuss the prospects of Chinese food brands going overseas.
