Russian Foreign Ministry did not rule out retaliatory measures in the event of Ukraine’s seizure of Russian assets. Deputy Foreign Minister Mikhail Galuzin said in an interview with RIA Novosti that the Russian side will take reciprocal measures if Kyiv confiscates its assets.

Earlier, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said that the EU would soon legalize the transfer of income from Russian assets to Ukraine. It was also reported that Ukraine plans to sell 691 sanctioned assets to Russia.
