According to him, any attempts to alienate Russian property in unfriendly countries are illegitimate and constitute nothing more than “the theft of other people’s property.”

“We are considering all options for protecting our legal rights and interests in the event of confiscation abroad of assets belonging to the Russian Federation, its individuals and legal entities,” Galuzin said.

Earlier, the head of the European Commission, Ursula von der Leyen, said that the EU would soon legalize the transfer of income from Russian assets to Ukraine.

It was also reported that Ukraine plans to sell 691 sanctioned assets to Russia.
