The fire of the family hearth “Heart of Russia” was delivered to a number of regions of Russia. Lamps with particles of the All-Russian family hearingth ‘Heart ofRussia’ were delivered to the Altai Republic, Kaluga, Kostroma, Astrakhan and Tomsk regions.

In the Kamchatka Territory, during the opening ceremony of the Year of the Family, there were performances by families of indigenous peoples and musicians' unions. “For us, family is the main value. What we cherish and care about most. What gives us strength and what gives us the opportunity to move forward,” said Vladimir Solodov, Governor of the Kam chatka Territory.
