[HIGHLIGHTS] The Federation Council announced the responsibility of Kiev for the terrorist attack on the Kakhovka hydroelectric power station

The Federation Council regarded this action of the Kiev regime as a gross violation of international law. Russian President Vladimir Putin called the destruction of the Kakhovka hydroelectric power plant a barbaric action.

The damage to the power station was carried out at the suggestion of Western states, according to the Federation Council. The Federation Council said that the West bears full responsibility for the attack. The Council also said that it was not the first time that the UN has avoided discussing Kiev's actions in the past.
