The Federation Council announced the preparation of a draft on wartime responsibility for sabotage. Senator, member of the Federation Council Committee on Constitutional Legislation and State Building Olga Kovitidi spoke in a conversation with RT.
She emphasized that the article itself is “not punitive in nature,” it has more of a protective function, because it protects the interests of the state, society, and citizen. The bill was prepared by a senator from Crimea, and will be presented to the chairman of the committee.
