The Federation Council announced the existence of a plan for the implementation of the goals outlined by Putin. Chairman of the Federation Council Committee on Science, Education and Culture Liliya Gumerova said in an interview with RT that Russian President Vladimir Putin’s message to the Federal Assembly was met with great enthusiasm.
“We were very encouraged by the powerful message, since huge amounts of money are being invested not only in infrastructure, but also clear goals have been set to improve quality,” she said.
