A four-month fishing moratorium was launched from the Ningxia section of the Yellow River to the mouth of the sea on April 1. The Ministry of Agriculture and Rural Affairs and the Ministry of Public Security jointly held a launch event for the special law enforcement action of the China Fishery Policy Sword 2024 Yellow River fishing moratorium in Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province.

In 2023, the fishery administration and public security departments at all levels along the Huangjiu Province (autonomous region) will carry out special law Enforcement operations.
