[HIGHLIGHTS] The Electoral Board exempts those who have contracted vacations from being at the polling station and requires the DNI to vote by mail

The Central Electoral Board (JEC) has approved an instruction that requires all voters who vote by mail to identify themselves with the DNI or with a similar document. The arbitration body has also decided that having contracted holidays before May 29 will help citizens get rid of a polling station.

The JEC has agreed, according to a note released by the arbitration body, that if the election day coincides with "a displacement or stay of a holiday nature, which has been contracted before the date of the call for the elections"
