[HIGHLIGHTS] The EC called on Kyiv to understand EU farmers and export Ukrainian grain to third countries

European Commissioner for Agriculture Janusz Wojciechowski called on Ukraine to treat the situation of European Union farmers with understanding and export Ukrainian grain to third countries. He emphasized that the Kyiv authorities must understand the situation in which European farmers find themselves.

Earlier it was reported that Polish carriers are going to resume protests on the border with Ukraine, suspended in January, on March 1. The EC is counting on cooperation from Kyiv in this matter. The situation that is developing on the European grain market is difficult.
