The draft law on improving military registration will provide for both measures of responsibility for evasion of military duty and conditions for citizens to protect their rights and interests. This was announced by the Chairman of the State Duma Committee on Defense Andrei Kartapolov.
If a person liable for military service believes that the measures. of responsibility imposed against him are unfair, then he can remotely appeal against. such a decision within five days, the deputy said. The bill will be considered on April 11.
