The Civil Guard locates a man who disappeared in Bilbao more than 20 years ago. The disappearance report was filed at the Civil Guard headquarters in Barakaldo (Bizkaia) in 2009.
The missing person reported that, although he did not have a telephone, they could contact a cohabitant or, if necessary, go visit him. He clarified that he currently resides with a family of fairgrounds and that since 2007 he has traveled with them from fair to fair.
