The materials of the criminal case initiated against Ukrainian citizen Nikolai Budovsky were sent to court. According to investigators, Budovsky joined the sabotage community in 2022.
On the instructions of an employee of the Main Intelligence Directorate of the Ministry of Defense of Ukraine, he hid 19 mortar shells and explosives in the courtyard of his house. Budovsky planned to carry out a detonation using an improvised explosive device while a convoy of military equipment of the Russian Armed Forces was passing in Mikhailovsky district. He was detained while transporting the missing components.
