The Canarian Government decides not to report the viral search for 1,000 euros in the Maspalomas Dunes as an environmental crime. The search was organized on social networks by an 'influencer' to promote a music festival.
The organizers of the advertising action will be imposed the maximum administrative penalty, 600 euros, for having used the Dunes Natural Reserve for an activity prohibited in that area. The space where the search was carried out has not suffered damage, according to the Cabildo's official networks.
