The Cabildo began an investigation, after learning of the facts, with the collection of material disseminated on social networks by the advertising company that devised the promotion and inspection of the affected place.

Natural Reserve
covers the entire dune territory and has three delimited zones: general use, restricted use and exclusion zone.
Likewise, in all of them there is a sanctioning regime for entities that carry out actions without authorization, as well as for the people who participate in them, included in the Natural Reserve Master Plan.
