The Basmanny court arrested Pevchikh, Yarmysh and two other FBK members in absentia. The defendants were charged with organizing or participating in an extremist community, spreading fake news about the Russian army, public calls for terrorist activities and justifying terrorism.

The Anti-Corruption Fund (FBK) is included in the register of NPOs performing the functions of a foreign agent, by decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated October 9, 2019.
