The court decided to arrest Maria Pevchikh**, Kira Yarmysh***, Dmitry Nizovtsev**** and Anna Biryukova in absentia.

The defendants were charged in absentia with organizing or participating in an extremist community, spreading fake news about the Russian army, public calls for terrorist activities and justifying terrorism.

* The Anti-Corruption Fund (FBK) is included in the register of NPOs performing the functions of a foreign agent, by decision of the Ministry of Justice of the Russian Federation dated October 9, 2019. The organization is recognized as extremist, its activities are prohibited by decision of the Moscow City Court dated 06/09/2021.
