The Balearic Government, sentenced to pay 96 million to businessman Matthias Kühn, husband of Norma Duval. The Supreme Court has confirmed the sentence on the Balearics Government to pay the German businessman 96 million euros for the declassification of some land in the Muleta area of Puerto de Sóller, in Mallorca.
The third chamber of the high court has endorsed the ruling handed down in January 2022 by the Superior Court of Justice in favor of the real estate developer.
