The accused of being the material author of two crimes of murders on the Costa del Sol in 2018, one of them that of the man who allegedly shot dead after the communion of his son. The defendant has sat for the fourth consecutive day in the dock along with seven other people, members of the clan of the Swedes, and all have acknowledged that in one way or another they were collaborators in the crimes.
The trial has taken a 180-degree turn this Friday since until today all the defendants had denied their participation in the events.
