The 7th China-OPEC High-Level Dialogue was successfully held in Vienna, Austria. China will insist on establishing first and then breaking, and actively and steadily promote carbon peaking and carbon neutrality.
China is willing to work with OPEC to speak out for the "Global South," actively support agendas and initiatives in the energy field that are conducive to promoting international development cooperation and benefit developing countries. Both parties expressed their firm commitment to strengthening future cooperation, including cooperation at the technical and research levels.
