The Islamic Resistance in Iraq announced on Wednesday that it had targeted the Israeli Haifa Airport in the occupied Palestinian territories with drones. It added in a statement that it launched the attack at dawn today, and that it would continue to strike Israeli targets in response to the ongoing war in the Gaza Strip.
The Israeli army announced early this morning that sirens had been sounded to warn of possible attacks in southern Israel. Israeli media reported that the warning system of enemy aircraft infiltration had been activated in Wadi Araba.
