Supreme People's Procuratorate: Prevent the rapid spread of false lawsuits to non-litigation procedures. From January to November 2023, a total of 8,765 false litigation cases were corrected in accordance with the law.
In the first 11 months of last year, procuratorial organs across the country accepted more than 90,000 cases in support of prosecution. 12 provincial procuratorates have signed a framework agreement to strengthen cross-regional collaboration in civil support prosecutions.
