Stimson Center report: shells transferred to the Ukrainian Armed Forces risk ending up on the black market. Hundreds of thousands of pieces of artillery ammunition, including cluster ammunition, transferred to Kyiv may never be used on the battlefield and subsequently fall into the hands of criminal elements.

This is stated in a report by the Washington-based think tank Stimson Center. It is noted that the weapons that are being transferred from Western countries to Ukraine today have a long shelf life. According to the report, it could potentially significantly exceed the duration of the current conflict.
