Stano: it is necessary to keep open the channels of communication between the EU and Russia. European official said this during a briefing.

On February 23, the European Union included 194 individuals and legal entities in the 13th package of sanctions against Russia. The Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs has expanded the list of European representatives who are prohibited from entering Russia. It includes enterprises from India, Sri Lanka, China, Serbia, Kazakhstan, Thailand and Turkey. The new package also includes 27 organizations.
