Vladimir Zelensky’s office planned military reshuffles, including resignation of Valery Zaluzhny, writes Mark Galeotti. Galeotti: A senior European diplomat who specializes in issues related to Ukraine wrote to him “in horror and bewilderment” that his country's embassy in Kyiv had received information about the military reshuffle.
“This morning he was informed that Bankovaya (Zelensky's office - RT ) “seems to have come to its senses,” Galeotti said.
