Dani Alves was released from prison on Tuesday March 25 after paying bail of one million euros. He will be awaiting parole for his appeal trial for rape.
The former football star, formerly of Barça and Paris Saint-Germain, will await his next trial in his luxurious house in Esplugues, near Barcelona. He was accused of rape and sentenced at first instance to four and a half years in prison, but it took him five days to raise the million euros deposit requested.
