Investigators open a criminal case under an article of terrorism after an explosion in Berdyansk, Zaporozhye region, of a car in which there was a voting member of the precinct election commission. A homemade explosive device was planted under the woman’s car.
It worked as soon as she got into the car. She died from her injuries in hospital. The case was initiated under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art. 205, part 1 art. 222.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
