The case was initiated under paragraph “b” of Part 3 of Art.
205, part 1 art.
222.1 of the Criminal Code of Russia.
Investigators are carrying out activities aimed at identifying those involved in this crime.
“Forensic examinations have been appointed and are being carried out, and eyewitnesses to the incident have been questioned as witnesses,” the Investigative Committee said.
According to investigators, a homemade explosive device was planted under the woman’s car.
It worked as soon as she got into the car.
She died from her injuries in hospital.
