Six people have been injured, including a 70-year-old man in serious condition, in an intentional hit-and-run in one of the busiest areas of Jerusalem. In the early afternoon, a Palestinian ran over several passers-by on Agrippas Street near the popular Machane Yehuda market before being shot dead by an armed citizen.
The deliberate onslaught with a gray car took place shortly before Israel began the events of YomHaZikaron, the day in which it remembers its soldiers and civilians killed in wars and attacks.
