Lamningen is a sure sign of spring and it is now in full swing at the home of sheep farmers Gunnar and Maria Jonsson in Strömsund outside Råneå. On the farm there are about eighty sheep, of which 45 will lamb.
"It's a lot of fun, but also quite hard. You have to get up several times at night and you have to make sure that someone is always home during the day in case something happens," says Gunnar.
