There are 215 technical colleges and universities with 450,000 students, ranking first and second in the country respectively. In 2023, the province will have 318,000 newhighly skilled talents, a year-on-year increase of 45%, completing 212% of the task targets issued by the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Security.
