48% of Russians dream of buying their own real estate. 22% would like to have an apartment in the city center.
For a comfortable stay, 34% of respondents need an apartment from 80 to 100 square meters. The survey was conducted on the resources of the Rambler&Co media holding from January 19 to January 29, 2024, covering 23,367 Internet users. The need for close proximity to shopping centers was noted by 14%. Shops, cafes and restaurants in the area are important for 8%.
