13% of respondents said they do not have a strict start time for their workday. In most cases (62%), the employer does not apply sanctions to employees who are late. In total, more than 3.6 thousand service users from all regions of Russia took part in the survey of the Rabota.ru service. The results of the survey were published in the journal of the Russian Academy of Social Sciences.
