Among those who are late, 17% of study participants shared that unexpected circumstances sometimes happen in their lives on the way to the office. 12% blame transport difficulties for delays. 5% of respondents said that they cannot organize their time in the morning, and 4% simply wake up.
In most cases (62%), the employer does not apply sanctions to employees who are late, the study notes.
21% of respondents reported that punishment can only follow for regular lateness, 11% of study participants work out the delay at the end of the working day, in 2% of cases the manager deprives the latecomer of a bonus.
In total, more than 3.6 thousand service users from all regions of Russia took part in the survey of the Rabota.ru service.
