Russian presidential election: many expatriates vote in Vilnius for this 3rd day of voting. Russians abroad are also voting this Sunday, March 17, 2024.
In line, some are there to vote for stability, but others have chosen the ballot to show their opposition. There are more than 15,000 of them. Some approach them asking if they speak Lithuanian. The border police also pass through the crowds to check whether Russian citizens are in good standing and legally residing in the territory.
