Russia unilaterally declares annexation area “28 people killed in Ukrainian military attack”. Russia claims that the US-supplied Heimas high-mobility rocket artillery system was used in the attack.
To date, the Ukrainian side has not given any official response. In the east, the Russian army is on the offensive to seize a Ukrainian military base in Donetsk Oblast, more than 100 kilometers from Lyshchansk. It is also expected that the fighting will become more intense in the future.
