Russia claimed that a bakery in eastern Ukraine's Luhansk Oblast, which it unilaterally declared annexed, was attacked by the Ukrainian military, killing 28 people, including children. Offensives and defensive battles are continuing between the Russian and Ukrainian forces in the east, and it is expected that the fighting will become even more intense in the future.

On the 3rd, a bakery in Lishychansk, in Russia-controlled Luhansk Oblast in eastern Ukraine, was attacked by the Ukrainian military, killing 28 people, including one child, the head of a pro-Russian faction posted on social media.



Russia's Ministry of Emergency Situations has released footage from the scene showing rescue operations at a heavily collapsed building.



Russia claims that the US-supplied Heimas high-mobility rocket artillery system was used in the attack.



To date, the Ukrainian side has not given any official response.



According to Reuters, Lishchansk was seized by Russia in July of the year before the military invasion, and the population has decreased to about one-tenth of what it was before the invasion.



In the east, the Russian army is on the offensive to seize a Ukrainian military base in Donetsk Oblast, more than 100 kilometers from Lyshchansk, while the Ukrainian army continues to defend it, and the fighting will become more intense in the future. It is also expected that
