There are currently very high flows in the Torne River and SMHI has issued a red warning, which is the highest. Right next to the river lives Rolf Mattila, who has never experienced a similar spring flood and the sauna building is soon taken by the river.
Several roads are closed in Övertorneå and residents in Jouksengi, north of Övertsorneå, have to take long detours. Hear him talk more about the flood in the clip above.
