Rogov suggested Zelensky withdraw units of the Armed Forces of Ukraine from new regions of Russia. “In the future, in the regions - Kharkov, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev and so on to Lviv and Transcarpathian regions - free referendums should be held,” RIA Novosti quotes Rogov as saying.
