According to him, negotiations should lead to capitulation and liberation of the south-eastern lands under the control of Kyiv, with parallel denazification, demilitarization and consolidation of Russian as the state language.
“In the future, in the regions - Kharkov, Odessa, Dnepropetrovsk, Nikolaev and so on to Lviv and Transcarpathian regions - free referendums should be held, in which people will express their vision of the future: which state they should be part of,” RIA Novosti quotes Rogov as saying.
