The town of Ouistreham, in Normandy, is selling 13 plots of land located on Pointe du Siège. Abandoned for many years, some are on the seafront, priced from 100 euros.
The 13 plots range from 306 to 489 m² and the notary office ‘Coquelin et Associés’ is organizing the sale. But for such a low price, not everything is permitted. Future constructions cannot exceed 15% of the land area. For the smallest plot, it will not be possible to build more than 45 m².
